Air Conditioner Repair

Is there ever a convenient time for an Air Conditioning system breakdown?   If your central air conditioner stops working, call our office at 888-2020 for an appointment. Regular repair appointments are scheduled for either the morning (8:00am -12:00am), (10:00am – 2pm) or afternoon (2:00pm –5:00pm) Monday-Saturday. We can guarantee arrival time on the first appointment of the day, and otherwise try to give a 2 hour window when possible. Unfortunately repair times fluctuate during the day. So for your convenience, one of our office staff or technicians will call you at home, work, or on your cell phone when we are on our way.

Emergency service is always available 24/7/365. For the benefit of our customers we do not use an answering service and our after-hours line will connect you directly to a service technician.  Our fully stocked service vans carry the most frequently used parts for all brands of residential central air conditioners. Most repairs can be made the same day, and all of our repairs parts come with a one-year warranty. Tradesman also backs our repairs with a one year Labor warranty  for our Comfort plan customers.

 

Our Air Conditioner Repair technicians will:

• Inspect your Air Conditioning System (including the air handler/furnace fan)

• Diagnose the problem

• Explain what repairs are needed

• Prepare an upfront repair price for you to approve or decline

• Leave your home in a clean and safe condition.

• A $155.00 Service Fee covers the costs associated with sending a professional to your home or business, days or evenings to diagnose and provide solutions for you. Our Comfort Plan customers will only pay a $75.00 truck charge diagnostics fee ($80 savings)

• New customers and seniors are also offered $40 off the furnace repair price when completed on the same call.

In the event that a repair part is not immediately available and you comfort is compromised, we are able to provide temporary cooling units if necessary.  If it turns out your system requires replacement, our Comfort Consultant can meet with you to measure and evaluate your home and design a system suited to your budget and comfort needs. Emergency replacements can usually be completed the next or following day!
