Job Summary
We’re growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Technicians to join our Service and Install teams. If you’re skilled at installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and enjoy helping customers with upgrades or replacements, we want to hear from you.
Note: $2,500 Signing Bonus after successful completion of probation periods! More details to follow during interview.
Duties
Qualifications

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

Weld and plumb as necessary for system installations or repairs.

Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC systems.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Attend sales appointments as required and complete HVAC estimates.

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems.

Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.

Experience with welding and plumbing is preferred.

Familiarity with appliance repair techniques related to HVAC systems is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Valid driver's license required for travel between job sites.
